      We may collect personal information from you when you:
      1. Create an account, such as your name and email address.
      2. Provide content, including media (videos and photos), videos, notes, set-lists, friends' names, and other information you create or upload to the app.
      3. Use the app, which may include your location (with consent), preferences, and device information.

      We may also collect information about your interaction with the app, such as:
      1. The application pages you visit and features you use.
      2. Device information.
      3. Cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

   We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
   1. To provide, operate, and maintain our app.
   2. To improve, personalise, and expand our app.
   3. To communicate with you, including sending emails and notifications.
   4. To analyse how you use the app and to develop new products, services, and features.
   5. To ensure the security of the app.

   Your data (including but not limited to your name, email, media (video & photos) notes, friends names and setlists) is retained by Frontrow until your account is deleted. After which, all user generated data, as mentioned as well as analytics and meta-data is permanently deleted within a 14 day period. This is applied comprehensively, and uniformly to all stored data, including backups and third-party storage systems.

3. Sharing Your Information

   We may share your information with:
   1. Third-party server providers responsible for hosting media data. This does not include name, email, location, media metadata, or any other identifiable data.
   2. Law enforcement agencies, if required by law or in response to valid requests (court orders etc). This applies to all user generated or input data.
   3. We do not sell your personal data. Third parties are not involved in, nor gains access to your name or email address. You will be notified by in-app notification and email of any changes to our privacy policy and given the opportunity to opt out of service use.

4. Data Security

   Our third-party service partners utilise a variety of industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end data encryption, to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

   You have the right to:
   1. Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
   2. To exercise these rights, please visit Settings (in app) or contact support@frontrowmoments.com.

   In compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988, you also have the right to request information on how your personal data is handled and to seek correction of any inaccuracies in the data we hold about you.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

   We use cookies and/or tracking technologies to monitor and review for essential operational purposes only, such as app functionality, performance, or security. No third party analytics service is utilized. This analysis occurs within Frontrow and is a condition of use used to improve the Service. These cookies and tracking data are not sold to or accessible by any third-party service.

7. Location Data

   Location metadata is collected from media to provide location-based features. This data is linked to your account but not shared externally.You can disable location tracking from the settings menu of the app, as well as the operating system.

8. Third-Party Links

   Our app may contain links to third-party websites, ticket providers or setlist databases, that are not owned or controlled by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these websites to understand their practices. We are not responsible for the content, data collection, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service linked from but accessed outside of Frontrow. Frontrow takes reasonable measures to ensure linked services uphold similar privacy practices before linking, but users assume responsibility when accessing external sites.

9. Children's Privacy

   FrontRow is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware of such data collection, please report to support@frontrowmoments.com, and we will take immediate steps to remove the data, and/or their account.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We will update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified by email and through in-app notifications if the changes are deemed substantial. You can review the most up-to-date version at any time within the app or on our website.
