  1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing and/or using Frontrow (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  2. Eligibility

    The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  3. User Accounts

    You are required to create an account to access the Frontrow Service. This is a passwordless process, reliant on access to an email account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this third-party service. Frontrow is not responsible for the content or practices of these external providers.

  4. Acceptable Use

    In the use of the Service, you agree that you will not:
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Engage in hate speech, harassment, or submit inappropriate content.
    • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  5. User-Generated Content

    You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Frontrow the right to use your data for operating and improving the Service. User-generated content is otherwise private and accessible to, and only seen by you, the user. Best practice encryption and standards in secure data storage are employed by our third-party server providers.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service may not be used without permission.

  7. Third-Party Links

    The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Frontrow is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

  8. Payment and Subscription Terms

    No payments, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are required for use of the Service.

  9. Data Retention and Deletion

    Frontrow retains user-generated data for as long as it is necessary to operate and improve the Service. Users may request the deletion of their data or their account by contacting us at support@frontrowmoments.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, Frontrow will make reasonable efforts, within 30 days, to delete user data and/or account, unless there are any overriding legal obligations.

  10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion without prior notice. Examples include but are not limited to repeated violations of these Terms or harmful behaviour.

  11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Frontrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

  12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Frontrow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

  13. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified by email.

  15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
